Out of Office Information
Dr. Kristin Wong will be out of the office from Tuesday, June 26th, until Monday, August 1st, 2022. She will return to the office on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022.
She will be checking messages intermittently for non-urgent issues. The office will be open to pick up forms, lab orders, etc.
Need for Evaluation

If you have symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, or severe pain, and need urgent evaluation, please go to the nearest Emergency Room.

If you have mild to moderate symptoms that do not require emergency room evaluation, please present to the nearest Urgent Care for evaluation.

Dr. Wong will not be available for urgent issues.
Medication Refills

If you need medication refills, please contact your pharmacy who will send an electronic refill request to Dr. Wong.

Please ensure the pharmacy has the correct clinic address at 1842 Noriega.

Dr. Wong will be refilling medications intermittently for routine medications.

Dr. Wong will not be available for urgent medication refills.
Lab Orders and Lab Results

If you would like blood test orders for non-urgent issues, please wait until Dr. Wong returns to request the orders.

If you are looking for blood test results, Dr. Wong will be reviewing blood test results on an intermittent basis.
Referral Requests

If you need a referral to a specialist that you have previously seen for the same problem, please call our office who may assist with the referral.

If you have a non-urgent referral request, please wait until Dr. Wong returns to place the request.
Elation Passport Messages

Please defer any non-urgent Elation messages until Dr. Wong returns.

Covid-19 Related Issues

If you are 50 years or older or less than 50 years old with significant medical issues, you may qualify for Covid-19 antiviral medication. You will need to go to Urgent Care for evaluation and prescription.

If you are under 50 years old and without significant medical issues, you will not qualify for Covid-19 antiviral medication. Please use over-the-counter medicines, such as Dayquil and/or Nyquil, for symptomatic treatment.

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, or severe pain related to Covid-19 infection, please present to the Emergency Room for evaluation.
