Meds refilled

Medication Refills

Please call your pharmacy to request medication refills for existing prescriptions.
Please confirm the correct Dr. Kristin F Wong and the 1044 Taraval address.
The refill request will be sent electronically to the doctor for refill.
Please allow 1 week for medication refills to be completed.
Dr. Wong will not automatically refill a new prescription or antibiotic. Please call the office directly for an appointment or further information.

Blood tests

Blood Test Locations

Please confirm with your insurance carrier which blood draw locations are within your network.
We do not draw blood in the office.
If you go to either LabCorp or Quest, your blood test order will be placed electronically.
If you go to any other location, please bring the paper blood draw order with you to the lab.
If blood tests are ordered by another specialist, Dr. Wong may not receive the results.
If you do not hear back from Dr. Wong regarding lab results, please contact the office to ensure the result has been received.
Please set up Elation Passport for a convenient way to receive your blood test results from Dr. Wong.

Imaging Information

Your imaging location will be determined by your insurance coverage.
Please click below for the specific imaging and locations based on your insurance.
Please print and bring your paper order with you to your appointment.
If you do not hear back from Dr. Wong regarding the results, please contact the office to ensure the result has been received.
If another specialist ordered the imaging test, Dr. Wong may not receive the results.

Physical Therapy Locations

If Dr. Wong has recommended physical therapy for your condition, the location will be determined by your insurance network coverage.
Physical therapy will require a referral from Dr. Wong's office.
Your out-of-pocket cost and number of visits are determined by your insurance.

Our office uses Elation Passport only. If you have an Elation account, please click the link below to login.
If you do not have an Elation Passport account, please call the office to set up an account.
Urgent messages will not be answered on Elation Passport. If you have an urgent issue, please call the office to speak with a staff member.
Please limit Elation messages to simple messages or follow-up messages after a visit. Questions or concerns about new conditions or illnesses will not be addressed on the Elation portal.

Urgent Care

If Dr. Wong is unable to see you for an urgent issue or your problem occurs outside of office hours, you may be evaluated at an urgent care.
Urgent cares are not able to evaluate you for shortness of breath, chest pain, stroke symptoms, or severe pain. For these issues, please go directly to the emergency room.
